RETURN POLICY

ONLINE RETURNS 
All returns must be lodged within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition with the original packaging.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We do not accept returns outside of our 30-day return policy. We do not accept returns on items if they are not returned in their original condition. If you return products that have been worn or damaged, you will be invoiced for your return shipping fee, and the goods will be returned back to you. Any return shipping costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable. 


FAULTY AND INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive damaged or faulty goods, an incorrect order, or feel it is not as advertised, please contact us at info@blendvogue.shop within 30 days of purchase. We’re here to help and will work with you to find a solution. Be sure to provide your order number, and if possible, photos or videos to assist us in resolving the issue quickly. If the item is confirmed as defective, you will not incur any additional costs, and we’ll offer a replacement or refund.


COST OF RETURNS
For U.S. customers, we provide a USPS Ground return label. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective.
