PROCESSING TIME
We aim to dispatch your order within 3-4 business days of receiving it, or 5 days if it includes a weekend. During busy sale and promotional periods, we can often have small delays, so we appreciate your patience. Shipping time frames are in addition to our processing times. We cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time frame as estimated delivery dates should be used as a guide only, as the courier can experience delays from time to time.

TRACKING
You should’ve received an order confirmation email when you checked out. Make sure to check your junk/spam folder if you can’t find it. If you haven’t received your order confirmation email, send us a message at info@blendvogue.shop. After the order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your Tracking ID and a link to track your package. Simply click the link in the email to be kept up to date with all your parcel's movements.

CANCELLATION POLICY
No cancellations or changes can be offered once an order has been placed. Please choose carefully as we cannot be held responsible if you change your mind.
SPLIT DELIVERIES
We may provide split delivery for orders containing items shipped from different locations, including from our U.S. warehouse. This approach ensures that each item reaches you as efficiently as possible based on availability and origin.

RESPONSIBILITY
Once the goods have been accepted for delivery by the postal courier, we cannot be responsible for the delivery. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. BlendVogues cannot take responsibility for issues such as incorrect entry of address details, shipment delays, missing, lost, or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the courier. However, we are happy to assist in locating your package and working with the courier service if any issues arise. Please reach out to us if you need support.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
Duties, taxes and other customs fees are calculated pending on the value of your purchase and the country of which your purchase is being shipped to. The value will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout if outside the United States.

This charge is determined by local customs authorities in your country and includes, but is not limited to;
    - The product price inclusive of all duties and taxes.
    - Duty free excluding sales tax (Canada only).
 
Reliant on your location, payment options will include Delivery Duty Paid or Delivery Duty Unpaid.

Please note that if Delivery Duty Unpaid is selected, customers will be responsible to pay the required duties and taxes upon delivery. Certain shipping carriers may refuse to release the package until payment has been received. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Taxes are nonrefundable. We can not be liable for any additional fees you may be charged. If the parcel is refused, a small fee will be incurred.
